- Ciri DWe found Paleta Mania a few months ago, and we have never stopped going. We have taken many of our friends to go have this frozen delight. The establishment is located in an odd kind of a place, it is in a strip where it is mainly homes on both sides. It’s a new neighborhood in Kendall. Close to Baptist Hospital West Kendall. The inside is always immaculate, they have an area for children to play and sit. I have tried the BlackBerry with condensed milk on the inside, I have also tried the passionfruit with condensed milk on the inside. I love both. My husband loves their coffee flavored treat with condensed milk on top. We will continue to be frequent visitors of this delicious Balita place.
